Paulina Pobocha of The Museum of Modern Art speaks on Liz Larner’s work. She is joined in conversation by artist Rachel Harrison.
This program will be held in person at an off-site location at the end of Dutch Kills Street, around the corner from SculptureCenter’s exhibition space. Visit SculptureCenter before or after the program to view Liz Larner: Don't put it back like it was. Paulina Pobocha is an Associate Curator in the Department of Painting and Sculpture at The Museum of Modern Art, New York, where she has organized numerous exhibitions including Rachel Harrison: Perth Amboy (2016). She is now working with artist Thomas Schütte on his forthcoming retrospective.
Rachel Harrison is an artist living and working in New York. Later this year, she will open a solo exhibition at the Astrup Fearnley Museet in Oslo, following a mid-career survey at the Whitney Museum of American Art (2019-20). Her work has been the subject of numerous solo exhibitions and catalogs and is represented in public collections in the U.S. and abroad.
