As part of her sprawling installation for to ignite our skin, artist Mimi Park invites visitors to participate in an intimate exchange of material and immaterial goods: an artwork in return for a secret, a treasure, a story, or an object. Past exchanges have included a Palisade peach, an earplug, a funny anecdote about Bohr and Einstein, an original artwork, or a special book. Each artwork will remain with Park for the duration of the exhibition before being gifted to its owner, who can pick it up at SculptureCenter in early 2026. RSVP at the link below. Capacity is limited and first come, first serve. An RSVP does not guarantee participation in the event. Attendees will receive an email from rsvp@sculpture-center.org with their assigned time-slot if confirmed.
